Delivery & Returns – Industrial Tube

At Industrial Tube, we are committed to providing you with fast, safe, and affordable delivery options for your online purchases.  

Delivery

Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout. If necessary, our team will contact you to make alternative delivery arrangements. In cases where multiple items are ordered with different availability times, we may ship them separately. You will not incur any additional shipping fees for separate deliveries.

*Rural delivery areas are determined by New Zealand Post’s address database.

Easy Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer exchanges or refunds for unopened and unused items in their original condition and packaging, including the invoice/delivery docket, within 28 days of purchase.

Please note that customised products, including cut-to-size, special orders, or made-to-order items, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

You can return your item to any Industrial Tube store, but it is easiest to return it to the store where your order was placed. Alternatively, you may return it via courier to the store that dispatched your order. Simply refer to your invoice for this information.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method to the product’s purchase price, excluding handling and delivery costs.

Faulty Goods

If you experience any issues with a product purchased from Industrial Tube, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or a refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
